In partnership with Perch Constuction, our team is proud to be on the ground at Lakeview Terrace Apartments, a new multi-family affordable housing community rising in Corcoran, CA. Designed by Ordiz Melby Architects, this development will bring much-needed affordable units to a community in the heart of the Central Valley, allowing us to continue PWD's mission of building homes that working families can actually afford.

Our scope covers the full exterior envelope: rough carpentry framing, building wrap, James Hardie fiber cement lap siding and trim, sheet metal flashing, and caulking — alongside drywall, metal-framed ceilings, and finish work throughout. It's one of our most comprehensive scopes to date, and our crews are bringing the same care and craftsmanship to Corcoran that we bring to every affordable housing project across the region.
