Pro-Wide Drywall is currently active on Crescent Meadows, an affordable senior rental community under construction in Visalia, CA. In partnership with Quiring General, this affordable housing project will deliver 80 apartments for adults ages 62 and older, including 24 units reserved for senior veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Pro-Wide Drywall’s scope of work spans rough carpentry framing, drywall, and paint across both the residential buildings and the community building — a comprehensive envelope-to-finish package valued at approximately $4.15 million.

The project is expected to be complete in 2027.
