Safety as Our Guiding Principle

Every project, every task, and every employee decision is guided by a simple standard: everyone goes home safe, every day. Our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for our employees, partners, clients, and the communities we serve.

We maintain strict adherence to California OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and project‑specific safety requirements.

We are committed to building and maintaining a strong safety culture where awareness, accountability, and respect are part of everyday operations. Safety starts with leadership and is reinforced through teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Every employee has the authority and responsibility to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.

Our Safety Culture

How We Maintain a Safe Work Environment

  • Safety Meetings & Tranings

We conduct weekly safety training and deliver job-specific instruction to ensure every employee understands workplace hazards, follows safe work practices, and uses equipment correctly.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We provide, require, and consistently enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment suited to each specific task and jobsite condition.

  • Onsite Support

A Safety Coordinator actively monitors jobsite conditions and ensures safety procedures are consistently followed at all times. These responsibilities include reviewing safety incidents in detail, conducting regular safety meetings with crews, and updating policies and procedures to mitigate hazards and prevent future risks. The Coordinator also documents findings and communicates corrective actions to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

  • Jobsite Safety Planning

Each project includes comprehensive hazard assessments and proactive safety planning conducted before work begins and maintained throughout the entire duration of the project. We strictly follow OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
