Pro-Wide Drywall is proud to be part of Valley Vista Apartments, a new affordable housing community coming to the City of Clearlake in Lake County. Developed by Chelsea Investment Corporation and built on former state-owned land made available through Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-06-19, the project will deliver 80 affordable rental homes — 79 units for low- to extremely-low-income residents plus one manager unit — on approximately 7.7 acres near established neighborhoods, shopping, a hospital, and Woodland Community College's Lake County campus.

PWD's scope includes Rough Carpentry Framing, Drywall, and Painting — work that contributes directly to the structural and finish quality of each of these 80 homes. The project is covered under an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) administered by Emmerson Construction.

This project is being completed in partnership with general contractor Emmerson Construction, Inc. — continuing a relationship built on shared standards and quality work.
