Pro-Wide Drywall is proud to have been part of Rancho Colegio, a sizeable affordable housing development in Visalia, CA developed by Self-Help Enterprises. The project features two 3-story residential buildings with a total of 80 units, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a large community center, laundry facilities, a playground, and a basketball court.

PWD's scope on this project spanned from the ground up — structural concrete, rough carpentry framing, and siding — covering the full structural and exterior envelope across more than 101,000 square feet of construction. It's the kind of comprehensive scope that reflects the capabilities our crews bring to larger multi-family projects.
