Pro-Wide Drywall is proud to have contributed to Cherry Crossing, a new affordable rental community located in Sanger, CA.

In partnership with BJ Perch Construction and Self-Help Enterprises, our team delivered 72 units of much-needed affordable housing to the Central Valley, with 18 units reserved for agricultural workers and their families.

PWD's scope of work included rough carpentry framing, siding, and paint — supporting the construction of a community built to last and designed to serve those who need it most. Cherry Crossing offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with rents starting at $450 per month, making it a meaningful addition to the region's affordable housing landscape.
