Big Sandy Rancheria

Living Quarters

Auberry, CA

Project Details

Pro-Wide Drywall is proud to have contributed to the Big Sandy Rancheria Living Quarters, a new residential development serving members of the Big Sandy Rancheria tribe in Auberry, CA. The project consists of two 2-story apartment buildings totaling 12 units — a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans — designed to support long-term housing availability for tribal members.

PWD's scope included rough carpentry framing and fiber cement exterior lap siding, work that required careful attention given that the project is designated as a Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) development, subject to fire-resistive construction standards. The buildings feature ground-floor porches, upper-level balconies, and tuck-under parking, and our team was glad to help bring that vision to life.

This project was completed in partnership with general contractor Quiring General.
