Pro-Wide Drywall is proud to have contributed to Auburn Vista Apartments, a 60-unit affordable housing community located at 6201 Auburn Street in northeast Bakersfield, CA. Developed by Chelsea Investment Corporation, the three-story complex offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with 25 units designated for low-income farm workers — a meaningful nod to the agricultural roots of Kern County.

The community goes beyond housing, offering residents a community room, after-school programs for children, and adult education and skill-building classes. It is the fifth Bakersfield project completed by Chelsea Investment Corporation, bringing their total in the city to more than 300 new housing units.

PWD's scope covered the full interior and exterior envelope — rough carpentry framing, siding, drywall, and paint — the kind of comprehensive package our crews are built for on multi-family projects of this scale.
