Project Details

In partnership with Precision General Commercial Contractors and La Causa Development of NV, our team worked on the construction of this new 50-unit senior living apartment complex. Gold Country was our first project outside of the State of California. This project features 5 buildings, with one- and two- bedroom units for low-income families in Lyon County. Our scope of work included Structural Wood Framing.

Completion Date: September 2024
