The Sports Complex is part of Clovis Community College’s ongoing campus expansion and will serve as a central hub for athletic programs, training, and community events. The project includes:
A new competition‑level soccer field
An all‑weather track designed for collegiate‑level meets
A support building with locker rooms, showers, coach offices, and athletic training spaces
Bleachers, press box, and public restrooms
Site improvements, pathways, and infrastructure to support large events

🛠️ Our Scope of Work: Rough Carpentry & Wood Joists
Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality rough carpentry and wood joist installation throughout the project. This includes:
Structural wood framing
Installation of wood joists and load‑bearing assemblies
Backing, blocking, and shear components
Coordination with the general contractor and other trades to maintain schedule and structural integrity
This structural work forms the backbone of the facility, ensuring long‑term durability and safety for athletes, staff, and visitors.

The Clovis Community College Sports Complex is a California public works project, which means it is governed by prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Code. Our responsibilities include:
