In partnership with ACG Builds, Inc., our team is currently contributing to the construction of a new three‑story affordable senior housing community in Folsom, CA. Our scope of work includes rough carpentry framing as well as the installation of drywall and steel stud systems.

This multi‑story development will provide 136 affordable units for seniors aged 55 and older and will feature surfaced driveways and parking areas, dedicated bicycle parking, landscaped outdoor spaces, and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities designed to support comfortable senior living.
