Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company. Financial Accountant responsibilities include budgeting, managing tax payments and performing internal audits. You will act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost and revenues analyses. To be qualified for this role, you should have a degree in accounting and relevant work experience. Ultimately, you will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with the law and support our company’s investments.
Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Administrative Assistant to assist our administration with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The administrative assistant will provide support to our management team, as well to our staff in the various administrative units including payroll, billing, estimating, and accounting. Some of these tasks include answering daily calls to our office, assisting incoming clients at the front desk, technical support for project management, receiving employment applications, making travel accommodations , maintaining appropriate filing systems, among others.
Salary:
$16.00-$25.00 per hour
Concrete Worker (journeyman, form setter, finisher, helper)
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Journeyman, Concrete Form Setter, Concrete Finisher and/or Concrete Helper to join the newly established Pro-Wide Concrete Division. As an experienced concrete worker, you will be responsible for erecting and setting forms for a variety of concrete structures, including concrete foundations, sidewalks, walls, etc. You will be responsible for forming, placing, and finishing concrete, according to project specifications. This work requires that you are knowledgeable with concrete blueprints and designs, know how to pour concrete, and know how to level concrete according to the project’s specifications. You are expected to have competency operating concrete power tools such as bull & magnesium floats, concrete saws & edgers, power trowels, mixers, sprayers, among others. Other helpful skills for this position include knowing carpentry skills, physical stamina, and previous experience working in the concrete industry, preferably 5-10 years. Other candidates with less years of experience are also recommended to apply for this position.
Salary:
$28.00-$40.00per hour
Safety Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Safety Coordinator to help us minimize the risk of job-related accidents. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also develop policies to promote occupational health and safety (OSH) awareness. Safety coordinators should be well-versed in all OSH dictations. Your work will be focused on prevention, so you need to be diligent and analytical. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers. The goal is to support the creation of a healthy and safe workplace.
Salary:
$18.00-$28.00per hour
